Traditional veils are classic and timeless. They symbolize purity and perfection. Veils are not for everyone, but it can be absolutely gorgeous if it's a perfect fit on the bride. Nevertheless, I did not wear one for my wedding, to everyone's disappointment. I am just not the veil wearing type of gal..;) I wore a subtle embellished hair comb that complimented the detail on my dress. For the fun and funky bride who may be thinking..bird cage veil , pretty bloom or hair comb... here are some edgy "off the beaten path" ideas for brides who want something a little different.

Obsessively Orange

Selecting your wedding colors is fun and exciting! Your colors set the mood and tone of your wedding. When selecting your colors, think of colors that compliment each other, combinations that POP. One of my favorites is orange with accents of blue. It's a fun and bold choice, appropriate for  weddings in any season. You can opt for a darker  elegant blue  or a lighter fun and fresh turquoise to accent your orange. Within limits, and not excessively overdone, it can be absolutely stunning! I love Christmas! It's a beautiful and wonderful time for people all over the world. Weddings planned during the holidays  can be absolutely enchanting. This is my first post.  I am new to the 'blogosphere' so mind the 'bloggging curve':)   I have a new interest and an instiable desire to share my creativity and ideas on.......Wedding planning and design. Ahhhhhhhh.. soooooooo excited! Not just planning- anyone can do that. But, creating a vision, ideas, and putting it all together to create the most FABULOUS wedding ever!
